Introduction

​It is agreed that the terms and conditions set out is the total agreement made between KMD Bespoke Training and yourself.

All training materials will be provided by MRST unless otherwise stated.

Payments

​Invoices will be sent after session delivery. Payment will be made within 30 days from when the invoice(s) have been sent.

Cancellations

​Should a course be cancelled by yourselves prior to the course commencing once confirmed the following sliding scale of charges will apply:

Cancelled more than 28 days notice = no charge

Cancelled between 14 and 21 days notice = 50% charge

Cancelled between 7 and 14 days notice = 75% charge

Cancelled less than 7 days notice = 100% charge

On occasions and without notice it may be necessary for KMD Bespoke Training to cancel a session (e.g. due to ill health, inclement weather, etc). Should this be the case the session will be rescheduled.

Venue

​It is your responsibility to provide a suitable venue to meet the safety needs of all those attending and participating in the course.

We will require the full address of the venue and parking instructions to be sent to KMD Bespoke Training when completing the booking. Should the venue change KMD Bespoke Training must be notified at least 72 hours in advance.

KMD Bespoke Training reserves the rights to cancel any training should any of its instructors deem that the venue does not meet the safety needs of the course and charges will be invoiced based upon the above scales.

Safeguarding

​All trainers representing KMD Bespoke Training have undergone a DBS check. Should you require instructors to bring this with them, please inform us 72 hours prior to date of training.

Health and Safety

​The training ratios set out for courses completed by KMD Bespoke Training are 1:12. Should you require to meet the needs of a higher number of delegates, this must be discussed prior to booking as KMD Bespoke Training will need to provide additional training staff.

A venue risk assessment will be completed prior to the commencement of training.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any required refreshments are catered for, unless otherwise stated, and the delegates are aware of any other catering provisions (ie, lunch) or whether they are to bring their own.

The Delegates

Each delegate must arrive to a course, suitably dressed for any practical activities, with suitable note taking materials.

If a delegate does not attend a course without sufficient prior notice, no refund will be given.

The trainer reserves the right to remove any delegate from any course where their behaviour is affecting the learning experience of others.

All delegates must bring with them a form a photographic ID to the course and present this to the trainer. Without this, a certificate may not be

issued.

No guarantee will be made as to a delegate successfully passing a course, should a delegate not successfully pass - no refund shall be given.

Payment

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to charge interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under late payment legislation, if we are not paid according to these credit terms.

Payments are to be made to KMD Bespoke Training either by BACS or Cash.

In accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998, any interest on overdue payments will be charged at 8% above the Bank Of England Base Rate which is current at the time of invoicing every 7 days until payment has been made in full plus a debt recovery charge of £40.

Certification

Duplicate certificates can be produced at a fee of: £12 per certificate.

Certificates are posted to the course organiser after the course once full payment has been received.

Certificates are produced in accordance with the names given by the candidates on the course register. If names are incorrect and with no fault of KMD Bespoke Training then charges will be made in line with issuing duplicate certificates (above).

All terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
