This course has been developed for those who are working with children and infants. It will be of particular interest to teachers, child minders, crèche assistants, playgroup personnel and anyone else who has a responsibility for their welfare whilst in your care.

It is ideal for individuals who are responsible for children and infants, who wish to gain a nationally regulated Level 3 Award.

This two-day course satisfies the guidelines and criteria as laid down by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted. In order to obtain this qualification, you must attend both days and complete the two units of accreditation.

Our Blended Full Paediatric First Aid course combines 6hrs of practical training with 6hrs at home eLearning. Our web-based, interactive and user-friendly eLearning module must be completed prior to the practical day. Learners can access the module as many times as required via a computer/laptop/tablet and phone. The face-to-face training day is 6 hours of practical, trainer-led training to maximise recall and provide learners with the skills, knowledge and confidence to act effectively when paediatric emergencies arise.

The course is EYFS compliant and meets Ofsted registration requirements for the Early Years Educator and EYFS requirements.

Our Blended Full Paediatric Course covers all elements of the Emergency Paediatric Course during the trainer-led practical day and our eLearning module contains only the additional content required to gain the Full Paediatric First Aid Qualification.
